chicory coffee is obtained from the roots of Chicorium intybus , it is a suitable preparation also for moka and "america" filter machine. Chicory , belonging to the Composite family, stimulates concentration and fights drowsiness . Chicory also contains inulin , choline , tannin , starch , mineral salts and vitamins , thanks to which this vegetable boasts beneficial properties for hair , skin and kidneys . Chicory root has a very bitter taste and with drying and light roasting it takes on a flavor very similar to coffee.
How to use: in the mocha half dose of product in the filter and low heat. Or infuse in hot water for 3/4 minutes, then filter.
