is a protein bar as it is mainly composed of dried fruit, dehydrated fruit (figs and apricots) both with high energy value and pea proteins these three ingredients together reach 18 grams of protein per 100 grams of products, being vegetable proteins it is a very good result both quantitatively and qualitatively for health as in addition to proteins we have a high value of fibers, omega 3 and mineral salts.
