From the union of chicory , of barley , of malted barley and of rye you get a tasty and healthy, as each of these cereals contain valuable nutritional properties for the body. Chicory contains inulin very precious prebiotic fiber which together with the awl contained in rye both perform a ' probiotic action useful for the intestine and bacterial flora, barley, on the other hand, is rich in beta-glucans ; noble fiber that helps maintain normal cholesterol levels, and all four types of cereals contain vitamins, minerals and proteins.
