Brazil “Cerro Alto” Premium Coffee Arabica
The Cerrado Mineiro region, located in the northeastern part of the state of Minas Gerais, is recognized worldwide for the high quality of its coffee with an annual production of about five million bags and over two hundred thousand hectares cultivated. Cerrado Mineiro was also the first Brazilian region to be recognized as a PDO producer, demonstrating the link between the product and its territory.
The tropical climate alternates between a dry winter and a humid summer, making this region ideal for natural growth of coffee.
The main harvest season starts from June to September.
In the cup the coffee has a balanced acidity, notes of chocolate, sweetness of sugar cane, with a small note of salinity. < / p>
